Accident Management/Insurance Services

Our operational businesses have been providing high quality accident management services to most sectors of the insurance and automotive markets for over two decades. That experience and understanding has enabled our Auxillis businesses to develop and provide effective assistance to fault and non fault motorists following an accident.

Corporate Fleet Management

FMG provide unique market-leading, tailored high quality services to corporate fleets, leasing companies, fleet insurers/brokers, daily rental companies, blue light organisations, local councils and other government agencies.

Legal Services

From NewLaw, a specialist ABS (Alternative Business Structure) provider and leading personal injury law firm, to Principia Law our own ABS, we are able to provide a broad spectrum of specialist legal services through a range of channels to both businesses and private clients.

NewLaw offer a full selection of personal injury services: motor; criminal injury; medical negligence as well as specialist serious injury and include non-UK expertise. As well as many additional services including: wills and probate services; court of protection and high net worth advice.

Insurance Policy Service Fulfilment

We provide insurance policy support to over three quarters of a million UK motorists through our Auxillis Limited business with products such as: replacement vehicle; motor legal expenses and excess protection cover.

2018

Auxillis rebranding of Helphire Limited and Albany Assistance businesses.

Merger of the Total Accident Management business with FMG operations completed.

2016

Redde plc completes the purchase of FMG Group Support Limited, broadening its accident and fleet management capabilities and allowing it to enter new sectors.

2015

Helphire Group plc is renamed Redde plc to reflect its broader strategic business objectives and opportunities.

The company completes the acquisition of NewLaw LLP strategically placing the business as a major force in the personal injury and legal services sectors.

2014

Successful placing and open offer, and the company delists from the main market of the London Stock Exchange and is admitted to AIM.

Principia Law Limited is launched to meet client and customer needs in the post LASPO market.

2013

Strategic merger of the insurance product and administration divisions in Albany Insurance Limited.

2012

Strategic restructuring sees contact centre operations consolidated at Peterlee site.

2010

The company appoints a new board and executive management team.

2009

Acquisition of Cab Aid Limited to extend services to the taxi accident management market.

2007

Further expansion with the acquisition of Swift Rent a Car Limited.

Acquisition of the Albany Group of companies.
